Data deletion instructions
Last updated
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Here is how, including for data we received from Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube and the other accounts you connect.
On this page
Option 1: Remove SimplyAI from Facebook
This removes our access and asks us to delete the data we received from Meta about you.
- On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
- Go to Apps and websites (under Security or Your activity, depending on your app version).
- Find SimplyAI and choose Remove.
- Facebook sends us a data deletion request. We delete the connection, its access token and the related Meta performance data, and Facebook shows you a link to this page with a confirmation code.
Option 2: Disconnect inside SimplyAI
- Log in and open Settings → Integrations.
- Under the account you want to remove (Facebook & Instagram, Google Ads, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, TikTok or Telegram), choose Disconnect.
- We pause the campaigns we manage for you, revoke our access with the platform, delete the stored access token and stop managing anything there. Your campaigns, videos and posts stay in your own account on that platform.
Google Ads and YouTube
You can also remove SimplyAI's access on Google's side at myaccount.google.com/permissions (choose SimplyAI → Remove access). The next time our stored token stops working we mark the connection as revoked and delete the token. To have the campaign, channel and performance data we received from Google deleted as well, email support@simplyai.one or delete your whole account (Option 3); we delete it within 30 days. Videos SimplyAI uploaded stay on your YouTube channel unless you remove them there.
Option 3: Delete your whole account
Email support@simplyai.one from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm the request and delete your account, business profiles, content, leads and the data we received from connected accounts (Meta, Google, YouTube, Microsoft, TikTok, Telegram) within 30 days.
We keep only what the law requires, such as billing and tax records, for the period required. See our Privacy Policy for details.
