Accessibility Statement
Last updated
We want everyone to be able to use SimplyAI, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. This statement covers simplyai.one and the SimplyAI app.

Our commitment
Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the SimplyAI website and app. We treat accessibility problems as bugs, and we fix them as part of our normal work.
Conformance status
SimplyAI is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This means most of the service meets the standard, but some parts do not yet. They are listed under Known limitations.
What we have done
- Structure. Pages use semantic HTML: a header, navigation, a main content area and a footer, with one main heading per page and headings in a logical order.
- Keyboard access. Links, buttons and form controls are standard HTML elements that work with a keyboard. A "Skip to content" link lets you jump past the navigation on the website and in the app, and the app's mobile menu closes with the Escape key.
- Visible focus. The element that has keyboard focus always shows a clear outline.
- Forms. Form fields have visible labels. Errors are announced to screen readers, and on landing-page lead forms they are also linked to the field they belong to.
- Progress updates. When SimplyAI is generating a plan, image, video or landing page, progress is shown in a live region and a progress bar with its percentage, so screen readers announce updates without you having to look for them.
- Support chat. The AI support chat opens with a labelled button and closes with a button or the Escape key. Focus moves into the message box when it opens and back to the chat button when it closes, and new replies are announced to screen readers.
- Reduced motion. If your device is set to reduce motion, background animation, scrolling effects and moving decorations are turned off.
- Colour and contrast. Body text, links and headings are designed for at least 4.5:1 contrast on our dark background, and focus outlines for at least 3:1.
- Images. Meaningful images have text alternatives. Decorative images and effects are hidden from screen readers.
- Touch and pointer. Buttons are generally at least 40 pixels tall, and no feature requires drag-and-drop.
- Time. There are no time limits for completing tasks. Your login lasts up to 30 days.
- Responsive layout. Pages adapt to small screens and to zoom without needing to scroll sideways, apart from some wide data tables.
Known limitations
We know about these problems and are working on them:
- AI-generated images get alternative text based on the ad's headline (for example "Ad image: …"), which may not describe what the image shows.
- AI-generated videos don't have closed captions or a separate transcript yet. The script, including the voiceover lines, is shown as text with each campaign.
- Landing pages that customers publish with SimplyAI depend on the content, colours and images each business chooses. Pages in languages other than English don't yet tell assistive technology which language they are in, and right-to-left languages such as Hebrew and Arabic are not yet marked as right-to-left.
- Our new design launched in October 2026. We are still checking every screen against WCAG 2.2 AA. The decorative background animation and the scrolling gallery of example ads stop when your device's reduce-motion setting is on; the gallery also pauses while you point at it.
- Wide tables (for example results and admin tables) scroll sideways on small screens.
- Third-party pages are outside our control: Meta's login and Ads Manager, Polar's checkout and customer portal, and other providers' pages have their own accessibility.
If any of these stops you from doing something, email us and we will help you another way, for example by doing the task for you or sending the information in another format.
Compatibility
SimplyAI is designed to work with:
- the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile;
- screen readers such as NVDA on Windows and VoiceOver on macOS and iOS;
- browser zoom, text resizing and your operating system's reduce-motion setting.
Older browsers and Internet Explorer are not supported.
Technologies we rely on
SimplyAI relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. The pages need JavaScript for interactive features such as generating content and publishing campaigns.
How we assessed SimplyAI
This statement is based on a self-assessment by the SimplyAI team: a review of our pages, components and styles against WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including contrast calculations for our text colours. It has not yet been checked by an independent auditor.
